The LRI hosts an unofficial Lonergan reading circle each term. The circle began informally as an Insight reading group with Dr Wilkins and several graduate students during the 2012- 2013 academic year. Last Fall’s text was The Incarnate Word, with half a dozen doctoral students enrolled for credit. This Spring’s group is the largest yet: a dozen members, including the LRI Director and our three graduate assistants, are meeting weekly to discuss Verbum. They include graduate students from the Toronto School of Theology and from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (the U of T’s Faculty of Education), as well as faculty members in Business and Philosophy of Science.
